Opencontent SCARL

Opencontent SCARL (OC) is a small enterprise, based in Trento, focused on the development of digital and innovative eGovernance platforms. OC’s platforms are developed through a participatory design approach allowing an easy interaction between citizens and public administration and fostering a microservices web paradigm for a collaborative design of new services.
