HB Reavis — Circular real-estate development at building scale by HB Reavis

About HB Reavis

HB Reavis is a real-estate developer and operator working across the European Union and the United Kingdom, pursuing a net-zero upfront-carbon design target of 480 kg CO₂ eq / m² at building scale. For the ReBuilt context, the model focuses on facade and steel components, which account for the largest share of embodied carbon in their reference building. The model has been demonstrated in the Worship Square office building in London, where circular facade and steel solutions were implemented at production scale. The model is mature relative to the other ReBuilt innovators (CRL 7, TRL 9, BRL 5): the pilot project is delivered, the technical solution is operational, and the business mechanism is partially scaled.
